Course info
During the first year, students will learn the foundations of legal practice and law and additionally, study in depth, Criminal Law and Practice, Client Care and Legal Research Skills. Students who are successful in all five papers will be awarded the Certificate for year one and invited to continue to undertake a second year of study leading to the Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.

How much will it cost?
£495 for 40 lessons

Assessment method
There will be no course work. The course is exam-based only. Upon successfully attaining the examinations in the above areas, students will be awarded the professional qualification of the ILEX Certificate in Law and Practice.

Entry Requirements
Students are encouraged onto the course if they have a genuine desire to ultimately work in the legal profession in any capacity, currently work in the legal profession, whether as a legal secretary, paralegal or clerk, or wish to enhance their current knowledge or interest in law to achieve professionally recognised qualifications..
