For those who enjoyed Simply Italian Cookery or have a basic knowledge of Italian cookery, this course will offer the opportunity to learn more advanced recipes such as handmade fresh pasta with authentic fresh sauces and find out more about soups and risotti, pizza, meat and fish. A list of ingredients will be sent to participants before the start of the course.
