This course is aimed at students who wish to experience the passionate and dynamic style of Latin moves. It is an alternative way to keep fit and have fun. It is a good cardio activity that will improve blood flow and help develop coordination and flexibility of the body as whole. It also intends to bring a feel of the Latin culture.
